Dr. McNabb completed her DVM degree at the University of Tennessee, followed by a small animal internship and a surgical internship at Cornell University. She has called the Pacific Northwest home for 20 years. When she is not providing coverage for veterinary clinics across Washington state, she travels extensively, providing veterinary outreach in developing areas of the world. When she takes off the stethoscope, she spends her time racing bicycles, hiking,  kayaking, and reading.
